You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the refurbishment of the Nunnery Court Halls of Residence on Nuns Street, Derby, DE1 3LQ.
The project comprises the full refurbishment of bedrooms, shower rooms, WC's, corridors and stair cores, with minor decoration works to kitchens.
The work covers approximately 50% of the site as the other half of the premises were refurbished during 2016.
