Homes England - Demolition of Riverside House - Leamington Spa

Homes England is looking to procure a suitable contractor for the demolition of Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa and associated works. The scope of works will include the following:

Preparatory Approvals

Enabling Works

Site Clearance, Asbestos Removal and Soft Stripping

Works to HV Substation

Demolition Work

Post Demolition Works and Boundary Treatment
