0677/ON - Tax Advisory Services

The Ongo Group requires tax advisory services for the following areas:

Corporation tax

Year-end corporation tax advice, including review of and support with tax computations

finalisation of tax computations in a format that can be submitted to HM Revenue & Customs,

preparation of corporation tax returns for submission to HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") and submission thereof iXBRL tagging of statutory accounts for submission to HMRC and subsequent submission thereof;

oproactive advice to enable corporation tax liabilities to be minimised

provision of general advice throughout the year, including resolution of any questions or issues that develop during the period information and advice on emerging issues

VAT

provision of general advice throughout the year, including resolution of questions or issues that develop during the period information and advice on emerging issues

VAT Advice is required for all companies within the Ongo Group including the commercial entities and charities.

Other taxes

Provision of general advice throughout the year, including resolution of questions or issues that develop during the period, including areas such as IR35, employment taxes, CIS tax and transfer pricing rules.
