WCC Data Governance System

Warwickshire Country Council is looking to re procure its Data Governance System (DGS) contract.

The DGS acts as the Council's Record of Processing (RoPA), which we are obliged to maintain under the UK GDPR/Date Protection Act 2018 to map all data flows containing Personal and Special Category personal data. We have incorporated the RoPA, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and our Information Asset Register which also covers assets that do not process personal information, in order to capture all assets, data flows, Sharing Agreements and Risk Assessments in one place.

During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers.

Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
