eGovernance System

Together Housing has a requirement for a secure, reliable and user-friendly system for eGovernance (sometimes referred to as a board portal) - the provision of electronic board and committee papers and associated services - so that our governance arrangements are effective.

It is Together Housing Group's intention to enter into an Agreement with an organisation for three years with an option for one additional year to undertake the provision of an eGovernance system with the purpose of the Group having an efficient and effective system for producing, distributing, annotating and collaborating on board/committee and executive meeting papers, plus associated services. Together Housing Group have a requirement for the service due to the retirement of the Group's current eGovernance system. The winning bidder is to be available to commence with duties as to the agreement entered from 1st September 2022. The programme of work / necessity schedule will be agreed with the lead Contact at Together Housing upon contract award.
