Quotation for Highways Condition, Defects and Deterioration Technology - AWARD

Roads and footways are the most valuable asset owned and operated by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) and we are seeking invitations from reputable providers for a three year trial to help us build an improved understanding of the condition, current defects, long term deterioration and optimum times for us to invest with appropriate maintenance measures.
