description

Contract Award Notice for the Provision of Business Skills and Consultancy Support to the Army Advanced Development Programme.

The Army Advanced Development Programme (AADP) intends to train and develop the Army's future business leaders whilst increasing internal capacity to deliver strategic change and transformation programmes.

Fundamental to the success of AADP is that members develop the appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience (KSE) through experiential learning and application to deliver sprint outcomes and benefits. The business and consultancy training and support is central to this programme as it not only delivers foundation consultancy skills but ensures the students' success on their transformational projects through continuous coaching, access to expert support and additional consultancy skills training to consolidate experiential learning.
