| i. | To provide a robust evidence base of CSSF impact and contribution to the UK objectives in Eastern Africa, including conducting independent reviews, primary research and evaluations of specific projects, programmes and/or strategies, in order to provide accountability to stakeholders in the region and in the UK; |
| ii. | To provide mentoring support and technical assistance to CSSF programme teams and implementing partners in the region, to strengthen MEL systems and processes including programme monitoring, data and knowledge management, and learning processes. This includes applying existing M&E toolkit and other guidance, and developing and supporting use of monitoring and results frameworks that capture both outputs and progress towards programme outcomes; |
