Contract to undertake restoration works at Plymouth's Elizabethan House.
Scope of the contract is as follows:
- i)Repair of building structure & fabric to present the building historically faithful to its original Architectural design.
- ii)Internally the main body of the building to be repaired and converted for use as a museum and visitor attraction with a new wing added to the rear housing new services and WC facilities.
- iii)Provision of new mains services, new mechanical and electrical installations and landscaping of the site including repair of external garden walls.
