description
The University is awarding a contract to a Service Engineer to provide input at RIBA 2 associated with the feasibility to test a number of options within the Merck building for around six PBIH (Precision Biology Innovation Hub) projects without undertaking a deep retrofit.
Detailed Requirements: The services engineer's scope is to assist the other design team member to input to a RIBA 2 report for the initial works required in the Merck building at Chilworth Science Park;
including:
- Review existing building services
- Advise on any short term plant replacement
- Attend weekly meetings
- Site visit
- Review as installed drawings
- Meet with UoS E & F colleagues to understand any LTM issues.
