The British Council Lebanon is seeking to sign Framework Agreements with hotels as per the required locations (see below). Hotels should have 4 stars or above to be considered for this RFP. The agreements should cover hotel accommodation and meetings & events for British Council employees and visitors, their meal plans, as well as the right to use the services of the selected hotels for any number of visits and/or meetings & events during the contract period. The scope has been divided into 7 lots as stated below and suppliers can respond to one or more lots as per their capabilities:

The services should include the below:

| • | A pleasant and comfortable stay for all visitors |
| • | Corporate rates and meal supplements (breakfast, lunch, dinner) |
| • | Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access in the guestroom and hotel public areas |
| • | Complimentary tea/coffee and water in guestroom |
| • | Security, catering, health & safety, food & beverage, and hygiene standards must be at the required standards and must meet the expectations. |
