The British Council Lebanon is seeking to sign Framework Agreements with hotels as per the required locations (see below). Hotels should have 4 stars or above to be considered for this RFP. The agreements should cover hotel accommodation and meetings & events for British Council employees and visitors, their meal plans, as well as the right to use the services of the selected hotels for any number of visits and/or meetings & events during the contract period. The scope has been divided into 7 lots as stated below and suppliers can respond to one or more lots as per their capabilities:

Lot 1: Beirut
Lot 2: Batroun
Lot 3: Bekaa
Lot 4: Broumana
Lot 5: Saida
Lot 6: Tripolie
Lot 7: Tyr

The services should include the below:

Meetings & Events
Hotel accommodation
A pleasant and comfortable stay for all visitors
Corporate rates and meal supplements (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access in the guestroom and hotel public areas
Complimentary tea/coffee and water in guestroom
Security, catering, health & safety, food & beverage, and hygiene standards must be at the required standards and must meet the expectations.
