Construction works at "The Ghyll", formerly known as Southwater Leisure Centre, Pevensey Road, Southwater, West Sussex, RH13 9XZ as follows:
- Carry out internal alterations to provide unisex WC facilities.
- Carry out internal alterations to provide designated male and female WCs.
- Carry out internal alterations to provide accessible WC facility.
- Associated M&E repairs and renewals.
