The London Borough of Newham wishes to commission a market research provider to undertake its 2016 and 2017 Tenants and Leaseholders Survey. The purpose of the survey is to assess attitudes towards Newham and its managing agents as landlords as well as to measure overall satisfaction with the services provided.
