1290/LF Glovebox-coupled physical vapour deposition tool

The University of Sheffield is out to tender for a Glovebox-coupled physical vapour deposition tool. The tool will allow the controlled deposition of thin films of metals, semiconductors and organic materials using thermal evaporation for use in optoelectronic device research.
