Please see below the answers to the clarification questions.

Q1: Having difficulty accessing items on DCO.

A: Yes, the advert and required information is on DCO but there seems to have been an issue with the notice. All of this information can be found on Contracts Finder but we also sent everyone expressing an interest all of the documents needed.

Q2: Does DEFFORM 47, Annex E have to be completed (transport and movement of fuels)?

A: Yes, it should be completed but there is an error, it should say 'Provision for Engineering Training Framework CCDT/589'.

Q3: DEFFORM 47, Annex A asks if you have completed DEFFORM 68 (Hazardous Articles...) but DEFFORM 68 wasn't provided and I'm only able to answer 'Yes/No'. Is 68 applicable?

A: No, you don't need this. Just put 'N/A'.

Q4: Is it an open procurement?

A: Yes and the tender documents are available on Contracts Finder.

Q5: I am quite interested in the number of students per course.

A: This can be found in the documentation sent out and available on Contracts Finder.

Q6: Where are the courses to be conducted?

A: This can be found in the documentation sent out and available on Contracts Finder.

Q7: Is distributive learning involved?

A: This can be found in the documentation sent out and available on Contracts Finder.

Q8: Would the Authority only consider conventional Mechanical/Electrical Engineering MEng programmes, or will you be open to consider equivalent programmes such as Gun Systems, Military Vehicle Technology, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, etc?

A: No, the Authority would not consider equivalent programmes.

We look forward to receiving your submissions.
