Vehicle Relocations Service

A vehicle relocation service for the movement of vehicles from street to street within the boundaries of Westminster City Council. The service requirement includes;

One dedicated Relocation Vehicle within the Westminster City Council area Monday -Saturday between the core hours, 08:30 - 14:30

Outside of these core hours, a service on demand as and when required, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, within 2 hours (between the hours of 2.30pm - 6.30pm Monday - Saturday) and 4 hours at all other times to be within the Westminster City Council area.

Relocation of Designated Vehicle to the nearest available paid-for-parking bay as identified by the Named Driver

Relocation of resident permit holders' vehicles to alternative resident bay spaces.

An extra Dedicated Relocation Vehicle to support relocations for special events and operations

The contract is for 1 year with the option to extend for up to 10 months. Tthe contract value for the initial term will be up to £120,000 and up to £100,000 for the extension period of 10 months bringing the total contract value to £220,000.
