description
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioner(s), Public Health England (PHE), wish to request feedback from the market on a draft service specification for NIPT services from potentially interested parties.
PHE wish to invite any interested party / Provider to submit their feedback, via an online form which can be found by clicking the following link below no later than 5pm 26th August 2020. If this deadline is not possible, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, using agcsu.southprocurement@nhs.net.
To access the Feedback Form please VISIT THE LINK CONTAINED WITHIN THE NOTICE OR ATTACHED PDF DOCUMENT.
The online form has a series of questions about the draft service specification, procurement plans and your capacity to take part in a procurement process. We wish to learn as much as possible from expert Providers, so any constructive information is gratefully received. Please provide as much information and rationale as you are able to help inform the project; we may not be able to further investigate any points you make and therefore they must be substantiated in the feedback response. We also appreciate your co-operation and understanding regarding the use of information to help to inform a viable service specification and the requirement for Commissioners to evidence information gathering and how it informs any decisions made.
Please note the information you provide on this feedback form does not commit your organisation to Bidding for any tenders, or the Commissioner to publish any tenders. Your information will be kept confidential wherever possible; however, please be aware your organisation details and any information you provide may be releasable under the Freedom of Information Act or any other stipulation of EU or UK law, used in designing and refining the commissioning/procurement process and/or used as evidence for a commissioning decision (as part of the audit trail).
If an advertised tender process is undertaken in the near future, you will need to log onto AGCSUs procurement portal (EU-Supply) https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK and therefore you are recommended to sign-up if you have not yet already. Please note, you will not see anything on the portal about this opportunity until the tender is published. All Providers who respond with a completed questionnaire or that provide an expression of interest via email, shall receive a courtesy email notifying them when the tender is live.
