Crown Commercial Service (CCS) sought to establish a multi Supplier Framework Contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. This was developed to improve the way in which the Public Sector and the Wider Public Sector purchase FM services.

This was the first framework to fall under the umbrella of the FM Marketplace. The FM Marketplace is a number of FM contracts accessible by an online digital portal.

The Framework consists of 1 Lot split into 3 sub-Lots 1a-1c.

Additional information: The following information has been captured in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 50 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015:
