| - | Any loss, fines, legal and liability costs associated with a Cyber Act or Incident such as malware attack, denial of service, etc. |
| - | Costs and handling of ransomware payments. |
| - | Offer expertise on any improvement areas or training and support to avoid Cyber Incidents. |
| - | Loss related to increased cost of working and business interruption. |
| - | Forensics, investigation and other post incident costs. |
