Thirteen Housing Group ("Thirteen") is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties. As part of the works, Thirteen seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out flooring work to Kitchens, Bathrooms and adaptations. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.
