SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMMES - AWARD

The University of Warwick wishes to appoint a service provider, or providers, to facilitate an apprentice programme for Warwick Conferences. Warwick Conferences is based on the University of Warwick campus; the business is wholly owned by the university and operates 3 conference venues. It will also welcome a fourth conference venue in autumn 2016 which has been constructed to meet customers’ needs and serve future requirements.

Deadline for the submission of tender responses is Midday 12:00 hrs. 10th June 2016

You are required to electronically submit your tender response via the In-Tend System.

Additionally, the University requires one electronic copy of the entire tender response via the In-Tend website (please clearly label the title of all electronic files uploaded) and

• One hard copy of your full response including any additional documentation.

• One electronic hard copy of full tender response on CD-ROM disk or Data Stick compatible with Microsoft Windows.

All correspondence regarding this tender procedure should be made through the University of Warwick In-Tend system via the “Correspondence” functionality. Failure to do so may result in the correspondence being excluded from the tender procedure.
