UK SBS SSAPS180010 Orbital Analysis technical advice to UK EU Space Surveillance & Tracking programme

A technical service provider is needed to give expert technical advice on behalf of the UK Space Agency to the EU Space Surveillance & Tracking programme. The service provider needs to have a thorough understanding of: orbital tracking methodology; the different sensor systems and relevant software packages supporting those systems; the strengths & weaknesses of each sensor category as well as the individual sensors being used by the UK and those being used by other EU members (including those outside the current Consortium of 5 Member States) system; and how they can be utililised to provide a detection capability both at the UK national and EU level.
