Functionality Specification
| • | Facility to record all clinical availability (e.g. duties worked) and unavailability (e.g. absence) for all our medical staff group, including auto-roster functionality to automatically generate rosters |
| • | Ensure Skills can be added to an individual's profile to help achieve appropriate skill mix |
| • | Provide automatic reconciliation with the Trust's payroll system to eliminate the need for paper timesheets |
| • | Provide capability to apply rules to ensure compliance with medical contractual, national, and local guidelines on safe working hours |
| • | Provide access for medical staff to the eRostering system remotely (web access) to view rosters, request leave, request swaps and book temporary work etc. |
