The Diocese of Norwich Education Services Company (DoNESC) is carrying out a procurement exercise on the behalf of DNEAT for Sandringham & West Newton Primary Academy to undertake the refurbishment of the existing plant room and re-piping of the whole building, this will also include the installation of new AC units in the mobile block.
