In accordance with the Department for Transport General Conditions of Contract for Services, you are invited by the Secretary of State for Transport, to submit a tender in respect of the Provision of Consultancy for Cost Due Diligence in relation to the UK Government’s unitholding in Kings Cross Central Partnership.
The Supplier will be employed to assist with the production of construction costs vendor due diligence reports that will be issued to Round 2 bidders during a sale process to enable them to formulate their bids for our unitholding in KXCLP.
The duration of the contract shall run until completion of the sale (expected to be approximately 8 months, ending in April 2016) and is expected to start by week commencing 7 September 2015. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to ensure that it is able to support the DfT with the full scope of its engagement.
