description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for the NML OH, EAP and wellbeing tender.

National Museums Liverpool is looking for an innovative and combined occupational health and employee assistance programme provider, whether as one company or a partnership, to support colleagues in managing their health and wellbeing.

Over the last three years the organisation has taken a holistic approach to wellbeing and aimed to move away from stand-alone services towards a more joined up approach, recognising that good health and wellbeing is about prevention as well as remedial measures.

The provider will engage with colleagues to consider appropriate support for their health, support the organisation in identifying and providing preventative measures, and work in partnership with managers to give them confidence in discussing health issues and appropriate support options.

The contract for service provision will be for a period of three years.
