description

UK Health Security Agency (UK HSA) has awarded a contract to K-Med Limited for the provisions of kitting and delivery of PCR sample test kits in direct response to the Omicron threat.

The negotiated procedure with a prior publication has been utilised due to extreme urgency on the grounds of Regulation 32(2)(c) as failure to secure this service would have significant implications for public health.

The Contract enables UK HSA to get delivery of the immediate need for PCR kits, due to the increase in required testing.
