description

The FCA is seeking to set up a framework agreement for debt collection services for a 4-year period. The suppliers will form part of our debt collection process where we have exhausted all of the options available to us.

The FCA are looking to appoint up to three companies under this Framework Agreement.

The aim of this procurement exercise is to ensure:

  • cost effective, efficient and timely collection of fines and fees,
  • that the maximum amount of debt is recovered, and
  • accurate accounting for and reporting on performance.

Additional information: If you are interested in participating in this tender then you must register as a supplier on the BravoSolution eTendering System at www.fca.bravosolution.org.uk to access the project and download and complete the Selection Questionnaire documents by the deadline stated.
