description

ESPO worked on behalf of Leicestershire County Council (LCC) and Rutland County Council (RCC) to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint a service provider to provide a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme across both counties.

This service is for the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme across Leicestershire and Rutland for children, young people and their families (aged 0-19 years). Young people aged 19-25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities will be provided with a digital offer. The programme will support families to ensure that their children grow up to be healthy, safe and able to achieve their potential. This service will integrate what are currently separate services for Health Visiting and School Nursing.

The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period
