We are looking for a schedule of rates for:

The fire protection installation and subsequent products used in each application must meet IFCC, BRE/LPCB, or FIRAS standards. New fire protection products are to be installed in all areas as identified in the Oakleaf report. Note the Oakleaf report is based On visual fire compartmentation study only and therefore is limited in its accuracy. The incumbent contractor to undertake bespoke Invasive survey within each agreed area of work / block in order to establish a definitive Scope, quantity, programme and cost.

Additional information: The entire tendering process must be carried out through the ProActis (Due North) ProContract system. The use of ProActis Due North will ensure the safe and efficient transfer of tender documentation sent on behalf of the client to the contractor and by the contractor back to the client. Automatic access to the tender documentation will be granted on completion of registration to the ProActis Due North site.
