Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to support the development of a Business Plan for Sandwell Valley Country Park - towards establishing a new future business model and the beginning of a key period of investment and sustainable growth - focused around income diversification, (appropriate) commercialisation and enhancement of the visitor experience, activities and landscape.
