The objectives of this call for "Expressions of Interest" is to identify potential suppliers for the "Provision of a Water Safety Solution to Hot Water & Storage Systems & Monitoring System".

The scope of this "Expression of Interest" covers the following key requirements:

The provision of a Water Safety Solution to Hot Water & Storage Systems & Monitoring System for all Orbit residential and communal properties across its property portfolio in the UK geographies of the Midlands, the East & South East. All "Expressions of Interest" must be submitted through the Orbit Pro-Contract "Housing Procurement Portal" (https://www.housingprocurement.com) by fully completing and uploading the document "Expression of Interest Response - Water Safety Systems" by no later than 12 Noon (GMT) on 19th July 2019 Please note that any expression of interest submission made in any format other than through the Orbit Pro-Contract "Housing Procurement Portal" as described above will be rejected.

Please note the Orbit Pro-Contract "Housing Procurement Portal" will not allow you to submit your expression of interest response after the closing date and time deadline (the facility to submit will be automatically removed after the deadline).

You are recommended to allow sufficient time to submit your expression of interest. As with all technology, connectivity issues can arise and so you should avoid submitting your expression of interest response critically close to the closing date and or time.

Orbit shall have no responsibility in relation to expression of interest responses which are not submitted by the closing date and time.
