Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the Landscape Policy Advisor with several tasks:
| 1. | develop the landscape guidance to supplement the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) document LD 117 Landscape Design; |
| 2. | investigate, and develop, as appropriate a landscape metric informed by the natural capital approach to promote better landscape management; and |
| 3. | support the review and rewrite of Series 300 Fencing and Series 300 Landscape and Ecology within the Manual of Contract Works (MCHW). |
