Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the construction of two new office buildings to the grounds of the site presently being developed.
Site Address: Friars Mill, Bath Lane, Leicester
The proposed Works are planned to commence November/December 2015 for approximately 5 months.
This project is part of the redevelopment of the Friars Mill site in Leicester and due to funding constraints, the Authority (Client) requires 80% to be expended by 31st March 2016.
