The works will generally comprise of the removal works to create an opening between the units to create one space; internal decoration; new flooring and removal of non-loadbearing partitions. Contractors are required to carry out site visits (by appointment only) to obtain all the information as to the nature of the site, means of access, storage of materials, local conditions and restrictions and other matters which may affect the execution of the works.
