Town Planning (Projects)

**CANCELLED** The contract requires the Consultant to provide non- strategic town planning services during the pre-acquisition, pre-application, determination, post resolution and discharge of conditions phases of projects. These will include the coordination and submission of planning applications, preparation of supporting documents covering, feasibility, design, heritage and conservation, environmental, archaeological, ecological and visual impact matters, negotiation of Section 106 / 278 Agreements and their discharge and managing the issue of prohibition notice once received.

The 1724/MR Town Planning (Project) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.

The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1724/MR Town Planning (Project) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022.

Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1724/MR Town Planning (Project) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
