Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (C&P STP) wish to invite interested suppliers to a Market Engagement Day on the morning of 20th March 2020 in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire to gather market intelligence and to provide an opportunity for discussions with suppliers, regarding the future procurement of a digital solution to enable an Integrated Health and Care Record (IHCR) for the C&P STP.
Suppliers interested in attending the Market Engagement Day on 20th March 2020, must respond by 16th March at 12.00. There will be a formal presentation of the project, followed by a question and answer session. Due to anticipated numbers, places will be offered on a first come first served basis with no more than fifty (50) Suppliers in attendance, split 50/50 between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and larger organisations. We strictly request no more than two attendees per organisation. Due to venue capacity there is only an opportunity for 'market stalls' for ten (10) SMEs and ten (10) larger organisations. Please state whether you would like a market stall within your expression of interest; again, these will be offered on a first come first served basis. Full venue address and an agenda will be confirmed directly with suppliers registering an interest in attending. All interest including the requested details above should be forwarded to: cpm-tr.digitalevents@nhs.net stating clearly in the subject title 'IHCR Market Engagement'. Correspondence MUST be received in the manner described to be considered. All information, including descriptions and classifications of the requirements and CPV codes is indicative. This notice is for information only and does not oblige C&P STP to commence a competitive procurement process. C&P STP shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or liabilities incurred as a result of responding to this notice including attendance at the Market Engagement Day.
