  • oDay 1 - Full day of business conference and exhibition followed by evening welcome reception.
  • oDay 2 - Full day of business conference and exhibition followed by evening end of conference celebration.

Delegate numbers usually run to a maximum of 400, though all delegates do not necessarily attend all events.

The estimated value of the contract is thought to be in the region of ?280,000 to ?330,000 to include all areas of the conference and the services of the events company.

The contract is expected to be awarded on Monday 3 October 2023 with planning work starting almost immediately and will run until the conclusion of the conference in October 2024 followed by a wash up meeting.

It is hoped that the successful contractor will be able to join PIP at the 2023 conference in London running from 17th to 19th October 2023.
