The maintenance and annual servicing of gas, solid fuel, renewable energy central heating and hot water systems and installations as applicable The provision of a comprehensive 24 hour day, 365 days a year (366 in a leap year) all round fully inclusive breakdown service The provision of a service to carry out all Works associated with new installations for either part of full systems.
