CBC-1311-T-CE Fulbrook School Construction - AWARD

Construction of a new standalone Sports Hall, standalone teaching block and internal alterations and refurbishment works to part of the existing building at Fulbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands.

The project includes all associated Mechanical and Electrical Service works, decorations and external landscaping to accommodate the new construction.

The proposed works are being constructed as a result of Central Bedfordshire Councils aspirations to move schools from a 3 tier system to a 2 tier system.

**Please Note:

Site Visits - The site is currently in operation of a school term. Any site visit requests must be sent via the correspondence facility on the supplier portal In-Tend and these will be arranged on a request basis with the co-ordination of the school.

All questions must be submitted via the supplier portal, In-Tend and these will be answered as promptly as possible by the project team at CBC.

Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: Friday, 11th February 2022

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-Tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your Tender must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 18th February 2022. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
