In this instance, ESPO is working on behalf of Leicestershire County Council ‘the Council’ to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint a number of Service Providers to provide Community Life Choices. A variety of services and activities will be offered in a list format to an estimated 650 Service Users, who have a Council managed budget. The Framework, of independent providers, is required to meet the needs and wishes of Service Users with a learning disability, physical disability (including sensory impairment and acquired brain injury), mental ill-health and older persons, through the provision of meaningful activities during the daytime, with a focus on progression and community integration. The Services provided will be either community or building based, and need to cover one or more of the four categories of support as below;

The requirement will be divided into the following lots:

| • | Lot 2: Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment, Acquired Brain Injury |
| • | Lot 3: Mental Health and Memory Cognition – aged 64 and under |
| • | Lot 4: Mental Health and Memory Cognition – aged 65 and over |
| • | Lot 5: Older People (aged 55+) |
