The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to undertake a a piece of research that sets out the interventions councils might take to support the UK tech sector, supported by a quantification of the opportunities for growth in this area and with a particular emphasis on addressing the perceived shortage in advanced digital skills.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
