Housing Support Software.

Dacorum Borough Council is looking to replace its support software system, used by the supported housing, tenancy sustainment, welfare education and support and homelessness Officers.

Dacorum Borough Council has a range of services that provide support to tenants and customers to enable them to live independently, sustain tenancies and play a role in their local community. In order to do this there is a requirement to have regular contact, signpost to other services, make referrals to a range of services, set goals and to monitor progress in achieving these goals. The support software system will assist them in completing the above.

To access tender documents you will need to register at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk (if not already registered) and then you will be able to download tender documents of the project you are interested in and send enquiries via the correspondence function of the portal.(Contact the Intend helpline if you have any difficulty in registering on 0114 407 0065)

Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 28 September 2018. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
