SE971 National Leisure Relief Fund Support

A contract has been awarded through the Management Consultancy 2 Framework for the Fund Set-up and Design - This phase will involve the mobilisation of the fund to ensure its efficient and effective administration. Key elements include agreeing fund criteria, principles on the allocation of funds, processes and guidance. The necessary resourcing will be confirmed and the Assessment Team identified. The data and monitoring approach will also be confirmed.

2. Implementation and Administration - This phase is the delivery of the fund itself and associated activities. It focuses on the activities of the Assessment and Data & Monitoring Teams, while continuing to be underpinned by the PMO function.

Some activities will take place in both phases. For ease, the description below

introduces activities in phase 1 and notes if they extend into phase 2.

The supplier will work closely with Sport England in the development of all documents (with the exception of the grant agreement which Sport England will provide), plans, criteria and processes and will confirm approval of such at the appropriate time.
