Under this contract Red Hat will provide consultancy and training services in order to review and continually improve National Highways' use of the Red Hat Fuse and OpenShift solutions, as part of the wider National Highways operational technology ecosystem.

This will include a comprehensive analysis of the Fuse and OpenShift environments in order to validate the architecture, design and processes that are currently in place, followed by a set of recommendations in order to monitor, manage and improve system performance. Red Hat will also provide training services which will help to build the necessary internal capabilities required to operate, maintain and manage these platforms.

This Call-off Contract was awarded to Insight Direct (UK) Limited, as an accredited Red Hat solutions provider, under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service Technology Services 3 framework (RM6100).
