Sessional Tutor for Healthworks Gym

Healthworks Community Gym require a provider to deliver Sessional Tutor Gym Support working alongside Healthworks Community Gym, within the Healthy Living Resource Centre, Easington Colliery. Healthworks' expectation is that the provider will work 28 hours over a 7 day week, Monday - Sunday.

The supplier will be required to carry out 'new user' inductions to the gym; ensuring clients are trained correctly on the gym equipment and exercising to meet their own ability. Also, to support gym users in reaching small goals in their workout routines.

One of the service areas offered by Healthworks is a wide range of structured physical activity programmes tailored to meet the needs and wants of local clients, with an emphasis upon patients referred to by healthcare practitioners, over 50's and young people

This service is necessary to ensure the safety of those who use the gym and also provide a high standard of customer service. The duration of this Contract will be 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months.
