Winchester City Council is looking to procure the services of a strategic place-making consultancy (SPC) to provide a multi disciplinary set of services to support with the implementation of its major projects and place strategy.
Winchester City Council ("the Council") is looking to procure the services of a strategic place-making consultancy (SPC) to provide a multi disciplinary set of services to support with the implementation of its major projects and place strategy.
Significant challenges face the public sector and the Council needs to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to deliver the outcomes outlined in its adopted strategy:- http://www.winchester.gov.uk/about/strategies

The Framework will commence on 1st May 2019 and will be for a period of four years.
