Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit seeks proposals for an evaluation partner for twelve months who can work with the CSU on a range of advice listed below, namely:
| • | Design and development of evaluation frameworks and supporting documentation. |
| • | Development of readiness assessments. |
| • | Logic model development and analysis. |
| • | Fieldwork, data collection and analysis |
| • | Construction of evaluation reports |
