Provide planned preventative maintenance and the reactive maintenance services to the estate. The tender is split into three lots:
- Academic Boiler Maintenance
- Residential Boiler Maintenance
- Steam Boiler Maintenance
Each lot is a three year contract with two optional 12 month extensions.
