Dynamic Purchasing System - ACCOMMODATION PLUS SERVICES (MARCH 2016)

The driving aim of Brent’s Accommodation Plus Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to provide a commissioning mechanism for the procurement of Accommodation Plus services for the borough that will both deliver;

A choice of quality providers for local customers who need support, and;

The best possible value from the public funds available to us.

Brent’s Accommodation Plus DPS is being set-up with five lots or categories of work, these are detailed below;

Lot 1 For the provision of the physical accommodation, housing management and the care and support associated with the accommodation to deliver an Accommodation Plus Service.

Lot 2 For the provision of the physical accommodation and housing management of the accommodation to deliver an Accommodation Plus service (without providing the associated care and support).

Lot 3 For the provision of the physical accommodation to deliver an Accommodation Plus Service (without providing the housing management or the associated care and support).

Lot 4 For the provision of the care and/or support services associated with the delivery of an Accommodation Plus service (separate from the provision of the physical accommodation), these services will broadly fall into two sub-lots, 4.A the care and support element of an Accommodation Plus service and 4.B the housing management function.

Lot 5 For the provision of housing related support.
